Our Programs

Gender equality informs how we design and deliver all programs. As a result, we integrate gender equality and women empowerment (GEWE) as a cross-cutting pillar in all our programs. Across all our work—whether in humanitarian response, climate action, natural resource governance, or technology advancement, we deliver survivor-centered services, awareness campaigns, policy advocacy and institutional accountability frameworks. We also support local women, community-based institutions and policy actors to lead efforts towards ending gender inequalities and preventing Gender-Based Violence (GBV).

Peace Works and Humanitarian Action

We respond to crises and fragility with practical, rights-based solutions - integrating gender responsiveness in humanitarian action to protect women and girls, and address risks of Gender-Based Violence (GBV)

Climate Justice and Resource Governance
Technology and Human Rights

Our response to climate change and and natural resource governance amplifies the leadership and voice of women and other disproportionately affected groups - ensuring their perspectives inform collective solutions.

We advocate for digital inclusion, responsible use of technology, and a focus on reducing gender gaps in digital access while protecting women and girls from online harassment, exploitation, and technology-facilitated GBV.

Empowering institutions to combat violence and secure access to justice.

We defend the rights of marginalized groups and advocate for policies that promote dignity and equality. We mainstream gender justice is in all our work, ensuring that women, girls, and vulnerable populations are fully represented in accountability processes.
